We’ve Made Managing Billing Easier!

Quality Cablevision is migrating our customers to use our parent company NPTech’s billing system. Upgrading to SmartHub brings you a simpler, smarter way to manage your account.

What to Know?
  • NPTech’s branding is now on your bills and billing system.
  • You were assigned a new account number, that was mailed to you.
What to Do!
  • Please register your SmartHub account today with your new account number.
  • Please utilize Paperless Billing.
  • We encourage you to set up Auto Pay with your bank account.
Important!
  • Checks are now payable to NPTech.
  • If you previously had Auto Pay, please set up this feature under Billing & Payments.
Please call NPTech at 574.831.2176 for any billing questions.

Log In

  • Select SmartHub button to visit our billing website
  • At bottom of page, select “Sign up to access…”

Enter Acct. Info.

  • New account number
  • Last Name or Business
  • Email Address
  • Confirm Email Address
  • Enter Zip Code
  • Check the “I’m not a robot”
  • Select Submit Button

Confirmation Email

  • A confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided
  • Select the Verify Account button, the link will take you to the Create Password page

Enter:

  • Enter Zip Code

Create Password

  • Enter Password
  • Confirm Password
  • You will receive a “Login Credentials changed” email

Paperless Billing

  • You will be prompted for Paperless Billing. We encourage all customers to utilize this feature.

Security Phrase

  • Please read this screen and create a Security Phrase.
  • FYI: QC/NPTech will not have access to your security phrase.

We encourage all customers to sign up for the Auto Pay Program utilizing their Bank Account information.
